I wouldn't go back for a facial, the staff member didn't describe what they were doing throughout the process so I could be involved, the LED light mask was broken. It's really unacceptable that they didn't inform me ahead of time as I paid extra for that treatment which wasn't worth it.

I have no words for what my hair looks like now and the treatment I received from the lovely Henny! I was very indecisive as to which colour I wanted and Henny helped me immensely in choosing the right colour. The treatment was professionally done and I was extremely comfortable throughout. My hair looks amazing! Thank you so much Henny ❤️
