Carmen is very welcoming and extremely professional, she immediately makes you feel at ease. I have had several face treatments and can’t recommend highly enough. She always finishes the treatment with an amazing massage. My skin looks and feels amazing. I'm looking forward to my next treatments.

I found Carmen very knowledgeable. She explained the treatment thoroughly and then carried out the patch test. The treatment started a few weeks ago and I can already see the difference. During the sessions I feel comfortable and very relaxed whilst having the laser done. Personally, it doesn't hurt one bit!

Deedar is amazing! So friendly and caring, and she knows exactly how to make you feel like you have the best hair in the world - I let Deedar take the lead with my fine hair and she knew exactly how to cut and style it to make it look fuller and make me feel more confident
