Carmen is first-class, skilled, efficient, and genuinely gracious. My treatment with her was enjoyable, a real tribute when we are talking about waxing. I have been to the jazz clinic for hair before, this was my first beauty treatment. I think that this establishment is really getting it right. The decor is restful, the interface with clients is warm and engaged and the treatments do not disappoint.
