I show her a picture what I want exactly. I told her several time that the layers what she started to cut on my hair is too big difference and not what I wanted. She told me that she is 30 year in the industry so she exactly knows what she needs to do. I left the saloon with an 80's hairstyle, awful, hate it. I want my money back! Also I needed to spend 100 GBP more to correct her unprofessional awful work...
