The facial started off okay. As it progressed to cleansing I realised she was not scrubbing the excess mask of my face properly and kept using the same pads to rinse it off and when it came to extracting my pores without telling me she used a needled to poke one out and I asked her did she use it and she said yes but that was after. I did not agree to this as I mentioned I have a sensitive skin before. Long storey short after my facial my skin progressed to have more spots.
