Really disappointed, lack of staff, lack of management, rescheduled my appointment 30mins before due to start, then tried to reschedule my appointment again when I was there, when asked for a refund as I had prepaid no one was willing to help. Asked for my personal account details which I was uncomfortable with. No service provided and wasted most of my day. Still not refunded. Will not be back.
