I am a regular at J&M and I have been a very happy customer for the most part. My last time Amir did not listen to my instructions and decided to go ahead without making sure of what to do with my beard.
This is the second time that this happens so I can only caution whoever reads this. Make sure Amir pays attention.
At the end of the session, I did not get the usual towel work and trim. Not sure if that's a courtesy, but overall, the experience was not what I am used to at J&M. Disappointing
