This is the 5-6th time that I am using Adam's services, he is usually very professional and nice.
This time, I was surprised that I was charged £32 instead of the £22 that was displayed on your website and on the email confirmation.
Yes, I did receive a hair wash but not only I didn't ask for it, I actually didn't enjoy having my hair washed when I am leaning forward.
I prefer to know the charge for your services ahead of time.
