Sara is amazing she has advised me a lot and helped me out. Balvinder is also great!! Definitely has made me feel comfortable and given me all information needed.
Because I usually had my treatments during my lunch break I loved the fact that I was seen almost immediately I arrived.
I was pleasantly surprised how quick, easy and relatively painter the laser treatments were.
The technicians are well trained and very polite and friendly.
Honestly was a nightmare.
Was not told 3 times that I communicated with the salon, that they requirea patch test prior to having the treatment and then they say after that the test is £30+. Once you've already travelled 50+ miles to get there. On other sites it states about the patch test. On Groupon this company doesn't state this
Can't get ahold of them by phone, only by webchat or email.

On my most recent visit I had a new girl do my laser, however she had some paper records which didn't have my most recent treatments on it. Due to this I believe she did my treatment on a weaker setting that my pervious sessions. This was annoying as my last session my therapist turned it up and said this session she would increase it also. I feel this was a bit of a wasted session due to this, wasting my time and money due to bad record keeping. After my session I went to book my next session and the lady said that I have used all my appointments which I was sure wasn't true. She said the computer showed I had used 6, and she showed me the booking screen which only showed three. She couldn't give me any information on my previous session dates and all she could say was that the computer says I've used them all. I searched my emails and checked my calendar and all the information I had said I had one appointment left. After going round in circles the only help she could offer was for me to talk to another therapist, however they were all busy at that time, so I waited approximately 10-15 minutes to talk to someone, they then happily agreed and booked me my next session.
I feel this session doesn't represent my past experiences here but I felt it should be highlighted as it was a series of frustrations in one session.
My only other problem generally would be that if I have to rebook a session the next available sessions are usually weeks later which is a bit annoying, besides that I am happy with my visits here.
I’ve been numerous times for this treatment but this appointment was terrible. It took less than a minute, she didn’t try to help me breathe , usually I have a piece of paper to help, or at least breaks to hold my breath. The practitioner got my name wrong, thought we were doing a patch test, asked me to pay reception when I’ve already paid and then tried to clog me sessions that are not by Groupon; I still had 5 sessions left at the time.
