I have to say the first few sessions at Skin Image were fine. The staff were nice and friendly however after the first few sessions I had great difficulty in booking my sessions and quite a few unexpected cancelllations, a few even occurring 30 minutes before the appointment. I was not pleased by this and this often meant my sessions were done another month later. At times when I tried to explain this to the staff members at the reception I was met with a very defensive stance. I would like to say that Dianna one of the main ladies who carried out the laser sessions was lovely and always made me feel calm. Unfortunately this was overshadowed by my overall experience at Skin Image and ultimately lead me to my decision to not book further session with them.

This was my 4th visit to Skin Image, one for a consultation/patch test and then this was my 3rd laser hair removal session. I was there having paid £99 on a wowcher for 6 sessions on 3 areas.
I had been very pleased with the previous 3 visits and the lady that treated me was very good. This visit however, I saw a new lady. She was pleasant enough but I think she tried to tell me I owed £69 for the treatment I was receiving. I was confused with what she was saying but my impression was that she saying I was getting more than my wowcher entitled me to and I had to pay an extra £69. As far as I am concerned, my treatment had been discussed and agreed in my initial consultation and that is what I have been receiving. No extra payment had ever been discussed previously.
It may have been a miscommunication and she did later tell me it was a computer error, but only after I stood my ground and argued my point.
It was only a minor issue but I left feeling very annoyed and if I'm honest, like she had tried to con me. I am now not looking forward to going back for my next session in case I get that lady again.
I do not wish to cause problems for anyone and wouldn't have done anything about it, but you did send me an email to ask 🤷♀️
