I have had 11 treatments which you would think more or less would be clear however this is not the case. They only turn up the machine when I complain not as you would think they would.

The visit was for a bikini was, the sheet that one lies on is not changed , in the 3 visits I have so far attended. No cover is provide , for modesty. I used my cardigan . The room opens out on a crowded reception . Pls sort this out
