Terrible customer service overall. Appointments get cancelled without knowledge regularly. Treatments are rushed so large areas missed out so treatments are unsuccessful. They are trying to get as many clients in as possible no care to quality. Don't waste your money

Super friendly staff, nice clean clinic, cheap prices. However the laser doesn't work very effectively, still got thick hairs in most places. Also, record keeping is not very good - paid for 8 sessions, they said I'd had them all after 6
