Twice I've had 15 min less time for treatment than I've booked which meant only getting half the skin treated. They also tend to wave the laser like a wand over the skin thus a lot of the skin isn't hit by the laser and treated. Freezing cold treatment room. Otherwise, they're respectful and try their best.
