The appointment was rushed which left me feeling uncomfortable. The member of staff did not listen to my requirements and did not try to make me feel at ease. It takes a long time to get an appointment, way over the 6 week requirement and inexperienced staff taking the calls who can’t understand what you are asking for. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere.
