Unfortunately i was left waiting for nearly 35minutes for my appointment due to a misunderstanding with a collegue. Thankfully Leanne stepped in and fitted me in. She is always a pleasure to see and always makes sure you walk away happy with your experience.

Adriana was friendly, informative, and professional. I'm happy to continue my treatments with her. It's a little confusing to find their clinic, and it was smaller than I was expecting. They're very busy, and it's hard to get an appointment so be sure to book as far in advance as possible.

I arrived, and the employee left. I booked this appointment 3 months ago and I needed it on that day because I was travelling in 3 days. They didn’t even allocate me another appointment in the next 3 days. I went there at 3 for my appointment, and ended up leaving at 5:45! And imagine that I had to do my laser in between other clients appointments and in two sessions!!!! I did lower body from 3:45 to 3:10, then upper body from 5:15 to 5:30! Such a bad place. The laser treatment was good but the service is mesirable. And in addition, I only got my treatment because I refused to leave so they had no choice but to give me my treatment in two sessions.
