It was a little while before I’ve manage to get a booked for a treatment. Then on two occasions there was a misunderstanding for my time slot. After all I couldn’t use the voucher as the Corona virus situation. I’m glad that the customer service team was prompt and allowed me to chase a refund. Thank you

The staff is great and welcoming. Unfortunately the rooms are not tidy. It's very cold in the room when yo have to prepare for the treatment you are literally freezing as the windows are open wide.
