My partner wrote a complaint email to skin image and still did not receive any response for this. Basically, First, they told on the busy they cannot do my full legs because i did not shave some parts of it despite offering to shave for 5 minutes in the appointment and come back to the session. They told me we can do it again on another session but then offered an appointment after 7 weeks!!This means that first session will not include full legs despite paying for it. I demand extra appointment soon to do full legs. Secondly 7 weeks is too long and normally it should take 4 weeks between appointments. Also the session is too short and I felt that everything was done quickly and not properly.
