Clinic is usually tidy, clean well kept but there is a serious, chronic lack of organisation and co-operation between staff. Although, there are some staff members who are always on time, work well and are thorough with their organisation such as Leanne and Adriana. However, I have experienced far too many incidences with lateness with members such as Aaisha and a lack of organisation with Holly, who chose not to record areas of hair removal which I had (which should have been done) and this has caused quite some confusion within the clinic about the upkeep of my laser. I urge the clinic to reassess their levels of organisation.
