Skin Image had a change of staff & are trying to accuse me of not paying for packages I am going through. The old staff member clearly took my cash and didnt note down all of my packages. I have no reason to lie. I have a good job. The stress it has caused me is unbelievable. Plus its impossible to get an appointment. I have to keep leaving work. I wish i had gone elsewhere in the first place. I nearly got a parking ticket cos i was arguing for so long abt how i had paid!!

I’m coming close too the end of my sessions now, Leanne has been amazing throughout it all. My results have been great, i’ll definitely rebook more sessions.
