Can help yourself to water in the waiting room. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Although on my last visit there was a little brown tan residue on the towel I was given to cover up with. But aside from this the place is spotless. Aisha is very informative and will answer any questions I have. And we always have a good chat which makes my experience there all the more enjoyable. 😁
