I went for my patch test where everything was explained well and I was given instructions on what to do before my first treatment. I have had my first of 6 treatments and found the whole experience brilliant - the location is great, staff are very friendly and the laser itself was great, didn't hurt and the lady doing it checked I was ok throughout. Would recommend 100%.
