Skin Image are very good with their confirmation of appointment system, and reminders to make sure you don't miss your date. Also they tell you which therapist to expect, so this was my 4th treatment and I hadn't had Leanne before. I needn't have worried as she was very considerate, and asked what area we needed to focus on now that treatment is further forward. It's worth noting beforehand where you get odd hairs sprouting up, as they will give that part a special zap ⚡️ Leanne checked I was ok and told me when she was about to do a bit more - because you cannot see through the goggles. Although the upper lip is quite a quick treatment each time, you never feel insignificant. Leanne is quite new to the team, but I think she will be a good asset... 🙂
