I have been visiting skin image for 12 sessions. I am not happy with the treatment. I appreciate laser hair removal is different for everybody but it didnt have the results I wanted. What also didn’t do it for me is that I had to shave before I got there , the staff had no clue what progression it had made as I would remove all the hair before they could see it. Also , when I started they said they would review after every 4 treatments to see whether the level of intensity should be altered they never did that. Also, out of the 12 sessions I had I was treated by 8 different ladies - none of them knew my history , nor my progression. It wAs very uncomfortable having a different lady each time. Furthermore , in regards to staffing I have heard the receptionist talk badly about staff perhaps , that’s why staff were leaving every month.
Furthermore, I had booked 6 sessions initially. When it came to booking the next 6 sessions they tried charging me a lot of money . When I had told them I actually found it on groupon for cheaper then only did they honour that price - the cheek!
Overall I am not happy with their service and do not want to return. Their treatment may work for some.
