Just completed 12 sessions of laser hair removal, my unwanted hair is still with me and if anything worse than when I started because you need to shave, so thicker and courser. I have been telling staff since months six I’m not experiencing results and in fact the area is worse now. Each time I have requested a higher setting of the laser from month 8 have been told on max setting. Still no change, attended my last session last week and once again they wanted more money for extra 6 months of treatment I declined and explained to the staff member how I felt my hair is worse now, she took a look and said she understood where I was coming from and offered to give me a good blast with high setting (the very setting I had been told I was on since month 8) well the laser actually felt the sting and smell of burning. Still to early to see results however very disappointed I have be lied to no doubt to get me to part with even more money for another 6 month course with a laser not set powerful enough to actually achieve results!
