I was a little late because of the train but the staff was very nice and quick to call me for treatment. Told them what I've experienced these last weeks. Was very kind.

Wasn’t taken in for treatment until 15 mins after scheduled time. No apology from staff about running late. Had a different lady than previous times, don’t feel like she covered the area as thorough with the laser.
