I booked strip lashes but went for clusters. During application, glue seeped into my eye. I was told it was fine as it was “only bonding glue.” The lashes were applied too close to lash line, causing discomfort and my eyes to stick together. When I complained, I was told it was because I wasn’t used to the process. She then discussed the issue with her colleagues in another language, making me feel uncomfortable. I asked for removal. Later, strip lashes were applied, 1 fell off within 60 mins.
