I had a mini facial which was good. The only suggestions I would make is to have some ambience music during the treatments. I could hear the shop noise and the therapist walking around. The music would make it feel more relaxing and remove noise. Also the treatment itself was good but felt rushed and fast. I appreciate there are many steps to fit in, however slower hand movements on some of steps would make it more relaxing, even if you have to add an extra 5 mins to the treatment time.
