The therapist was really good, knowledgeable, and recommended a lot of things to help with my pain management. I would have liked a bit more pressure on the neck and shoulders as the stiffness and tenderness has not improved much unfortunately.

This was all-round a great experience and I definitely recommend this clinic! Paul was very welcoming and attentive, and I felt like I was in good hands. I’ve suffered with chronic pain for the past 10 years and I feel like i’m actually going to be able to see an improvement with these sessions.

I came for low pack pain (lumbago). After 1 h of massage I felt very relieved. Paul sent me some stretching exercices to work at home. I highly recommend Paul's massage. I wish I lived in London so I could see Paul more often.
