I booked in for the mini (classic) facial because my skin had been really irritated/blotchy recently, but decided to upgrade to the full hour facial. Best decision ever, my skin looked amazing afterwards and the irritation was completely gone. Janet was very kind and explained everything, and gave a wonderful head and hand massage as well. I was only visiting London but I’ll definitely be back next time I’m there!

I've been to many other buticians but none have been as thorough, kind or give you the results that Janet does. She knows her stuff, and gives really good maintenance advice. Would definitely recommend.
