the set up is a bit weird (janet's buisness is just one room inside another beauty parlour company) but you can tell janet made an effort to make her room look nice & welcoming. the waxing was poorly done: painful and incomplete and janet tried to get me to have another waxing procedure done for something i had not booked (pushy sale or just bad admin/memory??)
