The mini facial was awesome. First time having this treatment and it felt great. I liked the steam element too. I would definitely book a full facial next time.

Janet took her time and recommended suitable colours for the polish. I have quite thick cuticles and they were trimmed to perfection without any cuts. My hands felt nice and soft and my nails fabulous 😊

Bad manicure. Very few colours to choose from, including Rimmel brand. Unevenly trimmed cuticle. Smudged, unevenly applied nail polish. Nail polish on the skin. When I brought this to Janet's attention, she said it would come off when I wash my hands.
At the end she asked me if she can either cancel my appointment or mark it as no show so she doesn't have to pay commission to Treatwell.
Now I have ugly manicure. It would look better if I did it myself.
