I booked a last minute appointment for 11am but received a text at 9am to say they was already booked at this time and could offer me a later appointment for 3pm when I rebooked the appointment for later through treatwell i never heard back so assumed this appointment was available when I went to hands on healing no one was there and when they later got back to me they had taken ‘an at home’ booking so I wasted my time going there if neither of the appointments I booked where actually available I shouldn’t of been able to book them in the first place
