I always look forward to my hair appointment. Jan really knows my hair and what works. She is always willing to offer advice, and listens. Once I have been for my appointment, I always get lots of comments on how nice my hair looks.
I have been going to Jan for 8 years now and have no intention of looking for another hairdresser. She gives me total confidence that she is an expert in her field.
