The haircut I asked for was nothing like the picture I shown and I could only have a full head of highlights due to not having a skin test, my daughter is my greatest critic and she said the colour had aged me
10 years saying and I looked liked Camilla Parker Bowles, I was so disappointed with the outcome, luckily I was able to get in with my usual hairdresser today and it’s now sorted, pity I wasted £154 - never again!
