I had a terrible haircut from James at Dune on 10 May. I explained I had a bald patch & asked him to be careful around that area, but he ignored this & cut the top layer drastically short making it so much more noticeable. I'm so embarrassed. The whole cut is also noticeable uneven. Somehow, even worse is the lack of professionalism! I've tried to resolve this privately but I've been completely ignored by James & the salon. I’m now paying another salon to fix it. If I could rate 0 stars I would
