Ended up with a very poor haircut where the it was much shorter than requested, was not given the layers requested.
Found large strands that had not been cut as the rest had. The haircut overall was uneven with the front longer than the back and one side longer than the other. Worst haircut I have received.
Have been given a refund in the salons defense but no apology or explanation was given.
This refund will be spent on getting another hairdresser to do what they can to atleast level it but will take months to grow back and get styled properly as requested.

Went for a Cut and Blow. After having long hair for 25 years, I wanted to go for short haircut. I initially thought I should go for shorter length, but after a short discussion, kept the length a little longer. I'm very impressed with the result. My hair looks healthier too. Love the haircut and new look.
