Went in for a drastic change of hairstyle (bye bye ponytail!) and James and his colleague were absolutely lovely about it all - friendly and professional all through. I had no idea what to go for, but James has given me a cut that I really like! :)

The staff were friendly but sadly, it felt that for a discounted price of £32.50, the skill level was lacking. The salon was cold and draughty (much darker than pictured above and looking tired), the water whilst washing my hair was cold and my back was still wet after leaving. The comb used had seen better days, and ashamedly I smiled and nodded through the whole experience. The cup of tea was good. The cut was okay seemingly uneven - I’m highly considering going to get it fixed elsewhere. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.
