I have had two haircuts with Clara and I have been super happy with both. She isn't afraid to give advice even if it's different to what you had in mind and she is right - I followed her advice and will do so again. She is very attentive to detail even if it's just for a very easy haircut for which she is obviously underutilised. Best I've had in London! Will definitely come back. The other members of staff are nice and friendly as well.
