A quick and efficient wax, with good waxing technique overall. However, in some areas, she was not following the direction of the hair growth. It would also be nice if she were a bit more sensitive to the client's needs (e.g. is the client chatty, or do they want some peace and quiet). Overall an efficient and decent experience.

It was clear from the outset that I was the last appointment of the day and the technician really couldn’t be bothered to do my nails. She was moody and even criticised my hands, which made me feel so awkward and like I wanted to leave. She rushed and my gels are already peeling off two days after. She started to pack her bags to go before I even got out of the chair. I will not be going back which is a shame because I really enjoyed my last appointment at this salon.

My pedicure was great and the result very nice. It was also relaxing and my feet feel smooth and gorgeous.
My facial was even better, my face looks clean, relaxed and radiant! I enjoyed the massage and the whole experience.
I highly recommend and I’m going back to this venue.
