Extremely professional vibes with expert therapists which made me feel completely comfortable and gave me as much detailed information as possible during my treatment! I felt completely relaxed during my whole visit and would therefore highly recommend! Definitely going back!!

A quick and efficient wax, with good waxing technique overall. However, in some areas, she was not following the direction of the hair growth. It would also be nice if she were a bit more sensitive to the client's needs (e.g. is the client chatty, or do they want some peace and quiet). Overall an efficient and decent experience.

It was clear from the outset that I was the last appointment of the day and the technician really couldn’t be bothered to do my nails. She was moody and even criticised my hands, which made me feel so awkward and like I wanted to leave. She rushed and my gels are already peeling off two days after. She started to pack her bags to go before I even got out of the chair. I will not be going back which is a shame because I really enjoyed my last appointment at this salon.
