Lovely Massage - if like you chat throughout

My masseuse was Amy (not Holly), it was a lovely massage but there was continuous chat throughout the treatment. Usually I’m happy to chat during treatments, but not for a massage, I couldn’t switch off properly and fully enjoy the experience.•over 3 years ago

This has to be the worst haircut experience I have ever had and I can’t believe I paid £35 for it. The “stylist” had no personality and didn’t greet me when I opened the door. The receptionist came out and confirmed my booking. I was then pointed to the chair to wash my hair without any consultation of what I wanted. I was eventually asked and that was about all the communication I had. She just cut my hair in a straight line and then clippered the ends to “shape them”. No layers or feathering.
