Very disappointed with how I was treated and my treatment at this place. I was told to undress all my close infront of the masseuse - with no privacy in a freezing cold room whilst the masseuse said “it’s fine we’re both women” . Even though I paid for treatment for was neck, back and shoulders, I was told to lay on my back whilst she prodded my face, tickled my shoulders and ear. The masseuse phone kept ringing and being checked as she didn’t know how long the massage was supposed to be or anyt
