I booked due to neck pain and JAKS was recommended for head, neck, shoulder and back massages. unfortunately, she had no idea what she was doing and just rubbed my back for 45 minutes. i pointed out my neck pain and where I needed work on it but she just pushed on the area for a couple of minutes. this was a waste of money :(

This was my first visit for a hair appointment. The hair wash & head massage was good but she trimmed off more than I expected. Equipment kept falling and the blow out was done roughly (not the way I have had it done at other salons). Lovely person but perhaps needs more confidence.
