It was the worst haircut I have ever had! She totally ruined my hair! I cried and I’m 52. She should not work as a hairdresser - she hadn’t got the right techniques. Secondly, whilst I was having a head massage and trying to relax, the window cleaner came in, kept the door open and spoke very loudly with his mate outside. This really helped to create a “wonderful” ambience. Can I please have a refund and I also need someone experienced to correct my haircut?
