It was my first time visiting Beyond Skin - the staff were incredibly friendly. Lauren, my therapist, was running late and I was made some tea whilst I waited. My treatments were very relaxing and Lauren genuinely seemed to care about my skincare concerns. The only reason I have given an overall 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn't asked what my skin was like and I don't think all the products used really agreed with me. I also found the Indian Head Massage left my hair far far too oily.
The tanning booth takes a while to heat up. Can't really see much change to the colour of my skin.
Very friendly staff, excellent job too. Clean, relaxing modern salon. Only thing is treatment was £15 more than the competitor salon I usually go to.
