Really lovely visit and the staff are super warm and pleasant. My only gripe, which stops me from going more regularly, is that the rooms aren't soundproof, so much so that you can overhear conversations with anyone at reception. And there's also a dog who has been there most days I've been, who is so sweet, but barks sporadically, which isn't a particularly relaxing experience (pretty much the opposite in fact - bit of a shot to the nerves when he does!) I feel terrible writing anything negative, because the owner works really hard to keep the place alive, but the noise is an issue in my view.

Lovely therapist, nice pedicure but would have expected more from a luxury treatment. End result was good though my toes look lovely. Room was basic not cosy but comfortable. Would go back again.

Never had a bad experience at beyond skin! My therapist was lovely and was so great with me when I was struggling with the pain!
