Session was so slow and the stylist had minimal English so difficult to explain my wishes. Salon too small: only one sink and styling table so after three and a half hours I had to leave for another appointment but the stylist would not be rushed. Not offered a drink and I had to ask for water on the hottest day of the year! I liked the highlights though although the lady before me refused her cut and ran out crying
