Bathe facial was really great. I was asked what I’d like to achieve for my skin and the therapist was really friendly and kind.
The massage was SO good. Lovely and firm (he asked me how much pressure I would like and told me to let him know if it was too firm) and very thorough absolutely brilliant I will definitely be back. Thank you both so much.
I had a fabulous experience. My therapist was very friendly, attentive and professional.
Session was so slow and the stylist had minimal English so difficult to explain my wishes. Salon too small: only one sink and styling table so after three and a half hours I had to leave for another appointment but the stylist would not be rushed. Not offered a drink and I had to ask for water on the hottest day of the year! I liked the highlights though although the lady before me refused her cut and ran out crying
