For me the venue didn’t have the ambience or feel of a salon and had no kerb appeal. There were tacky home printed special offer posters stuck everywhere and a slush puppy machine in the window!! The staff were all absolutely lovely, really warm and welcoming. I was offered water and made to feel comfortable and relaxed prior to my treatments. My massage was average and there was no focus on areas I highlighted so that was disappointing. My facial was lovely as was my therapist.
Mani was amazing. Really lovely, knowledgeable and great at her job! Will definitely use her again
Really lovely massage, left feeling super relaxed. Staff were great, and the space felt clean and professional. One criticism would be that I’m grateful I did some Googling beforehand because that was my first massage in a while so I wasn’t all that familiar with the protocol and it wasn’t really explained when I arrived. But other than that, would definitely recommend!!
