Ferida (I’m not sure if I remember her name right, I apologize if I’m wrong), who did the facial is very accommodating to answer my questions. The swedish massage was okay but i just hoped that he concentrated more on my upper back and shoulders as i said so. And i would have been more comfortable with a masseuse, if given a choice. But overall, it was good.
Strange place. Like a pop up salon with big yellow posters Covering the window promoting huge discounts. Shop not there long. Was n Hounslow. Not clean. No sanitiser anywhere. Stylist wore mask but other staff did not. When arrived not offered any drink or seat and kept asking me if I was there for a massage. When I was seen shown to massage room. I don’t like a hair dresser who is also a masseur and paints nails! Nice lady. Would not return. Hair over blow dryed and itchy
Alexandra is the best masseuse I had in years, very professional and knows exactly what she is doing.
